1. Cancellation & Change of Mind
Orders generally cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
Returns or refunds are generally not available for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially different product, please contact us promptly with your order number, photographs, and any available unboxing video.
Resolution is subject to our policy review and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights under applicable law.
3. Unboxing Video Recommendation
Recording a continuous, unedited unboxing video while opening your package is strongly recommended as supporting evidence when submitting a claim for transit damage or missing items.
Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
